Luxury Soul Membership — Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Duration
Luxury Soul is a 12-month membership.
The 12-month period begins once the membership is activated (see Section 15).
2. Payment
Payment is made in two parts.
50% of the membership fee is paid at the time of purchase.
The remaining 50% must be paid during the member’s next visit to the salon.
3. Non-Refundable
All membership payments are non-refundable.
4. 15% Member Discount
Members receive 15% off all services for 12 months.
The discount applies only to online bookings using the access code provided after purchase.
The discount does not apply to packages, retail, gift cards, events or promotions.
5. Non-Cumulative
Only one offer or benefit may be applied per booking.
Member discounts cannot be combined with promotions, package pricing, seasonal offers, gift cards, referral discounts, Black Friday or any sales events.
6. Classic + Signature Drinks
Classic and Signature Drinks are included during manicure or pedicure services.
Premium or alcoholic drinks are not included and may be purchased separately.
7. Brazilian Glow Ultimate Scrub — 1x per year
Members receive one Brazilian Glow Ultimate Scrub per membership year.
At the time of purchasing the membership, the member must schedule their Brazilian glow ultimate scrub appointment.
This benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced by another treatment.
No-shows or cancellations outside policy result in forfeiture of the benefit.
8. £60 Product Credit
Members receive a £60 Eminence retail credit issued as an exclusive discount code once the membership is activated.
The credit is valid only for Eminence purchases on our website and requires a minimum purchase of £200.
The credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be split across multiple purchases and cannot be combined with other offers.
9. Early Access to Booking Calendar
Members receive early access to selected booking windows before they open to the public.
Priority access does not guarantee availability and must follow the booking dates announced by the salon.
10. Preferred Therapist Selection
Members may request to be seen by the therapist of their choice.
After making an online booking, it is the member’s responsibility to contact us by email or phone to request their preferred therapist.
Leaving a note in the booking, or assuming that the team “already knows”, is not considered a confirmed request.
Preferred therapist requests remain subject to availability.
11. Priority Reply Queue
Members receive access to a dedicated communication channel for faster responses.
Messages sent through this channel are prioritized above general enquiries, though response times may vary during peak periods.
12. Friend Code
Each active member receives a personal Friend Code by email after joining.
The member may privately share this code with someone they wish to invite.
The Friend Code gives 10% off the friend’s first visit.
Valid exclusively for online bookings.
Each friend can redeem the code once.
The Friend Code applies to services only.
The Friend Code remains active only while the membership is active.
13. Personal Use Only
Membership benefits are strictly personal and cannot be shared, transferred, gifted or used under another person’s name.
14. Booking Policies
Benefits apply only to online bookings made with the access code.
Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to all members.
Membership does not exempt cancellation or no-show fees.
15. Price and Menu Adjustments
Service prices and menu items may change during the year.
Membership benefits apply to updated prices.
16. Activation
After purchasing your membership through our website, you will receive an email containing your personal access code and your Refer-a-Friend code. Your membership becomes active as soon as this email is delivered.
17. Misuse
The salon may cancel the membership (without refund) if codes are misused, shared publicly, or if any fraudulent activity is identified.
18. Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your membership only if no benefits have been used.
Once you purchase the membership and any benefit has been redeemed or accessed, the membership becomes non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
