Delivery Times

What is the delivery time?

When your bounty is this good, nobody wants to wait! We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible from next day delivery to max 4 days during times of high demand, for example during offer periods. 

Parcel Tracking

How do I know if my order has been dispatched and tracked my parcel?

When your order is dispatched, you'll get an email from us letting you know.

You'll receive a tracking link from our courier to let you know when to expect your parcel and what to do if you're not in or if you've missed your delivery.

Missed Delivery

I've missed my delivery twice. What happens now?

Our courier DPD will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery by email and/or text. If you miss the first delivery, they will attempt a second time. After the second attempt your parcel will be stored at the local depot for 24 hours, if not collected it will be returned to us, extra charges will apply. If you'd like for us to re-send the parcel, you'll be required to cover the return cost as well as additional charges

Address Issues 

Can I change my delivery address myself after placing an order?

Yes, you can while we still processing your order, once it has been dispatched, unfortunately, it is no longer possible. You may be able to change using our courier alternative delivery address. Please make sure to keep it up to date.

 

Vouchers & Discounts

How do I use my voucher and discount codes?

Get that discount hunny! You can enter your discount voucher code in the coupon box at checkout. It's case sensitive, so you'll need to check it's exactly the same.
