Terms & Conditions

1. The Programme

The BSB Soul Membership Plans ("the Programme") are monthly memberships offered by Brazilian Soul Beauty Ltd ("BSB", "we", "us"). Members pay a fixed monthly fee which is applied as treatment credit, redeemable against any BSB service, retail product or drink during that month. Upon completing 12 consecutive months of membership, members receive an additional gift card reward as set out in their chosen tier.

2. Membership Tiers

The Programme currently offers four tiers:

BSB reserves the right to modify tier pricing and benefits with 30 days' written notice to existing members.

3. Automatic Monthly Payment

The monthly charge will appear on your bank statement as Brazilian Soul Beauty. By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You are the authorised holder of the payment card provided
• You consent to recurring monthly charges of the membership amount
• You understand that charges will continue automatically until you cancel your membership
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on your payment card each month

If your payment card expires or changes, it is your responsibility to update your payment details via your account portal before the next billing date to avoid interruption to your membership.

4. Monthly Credit

Each monthly payment is applied as treatment credit, valid for use during that calendar month only. Unused credit expires at the end of each month and does not carry over to the following month. Credit may be used against any BSB service, retail product or drink, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Membership Duration & Minimum Term

Each membership runs on a rolling monthly basis. The minimum membership term is no minimum. Members who cancel before completing 12 consecutive months will not be entitled to the gift card reward.

6. Gift Card Reward

The gift card is issued to the named member upon successful completion of 12 consecutive months of uninterrupted membership. It is a thank you from BSB — to be used freely and joyfully.

The gift card may be used in two ways:

• For yourself — redeem it against any BSB service, treatment, retail product or drink. Yours to spend on whatever you choose.
• For someone else — you may pass the gift card to a friend or family member as a personal gift. For example, you can invite a friend and give her a value to spend at BSB — a gift from you to her.

Additional conditions:

• Valid for 1 month from the date of issue
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be split across multiple recipients
• Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer

The membership plan itself is personal and non-transferable — only the named member may use their monthly credit and benefits. The gift card, however, is yours to use or give as you wish.

If a membership is cancelled before the 12-month anniversary, no gift card will be issued and no partial reward will be carried over.

7. Failed Payments

If a monthly payment fails or is declined:

• BSB will notify the member immediately by email
• The member has 7 days from the notification date to update their payment details and regularise the payment
• If payment is not received within 7 days, the membership will be automatically cancelled
• All accumulated months and any pending gift card entitlement will be forfeited upon cancellation
• The monthly credit for that period will not be issued until payment is successfully processed

BSB accepts no liability for payment failures caused by the member's bank or card provider.

8. Cancellation by the Member

Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying BSB in writing (email or in person), via their bank, through their GoCardless account, or by managing their subscription directly through their account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the final billing period. Any unused credit for that month will be forfeited upon cancellation.

9. Cancellation by BSB

BSB reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership immediately if:

• The member breaches these Terms & Conditions
• A payment remains outstanding beyond the 7-day notice period
• The member engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to staff or other clients

In such cases, no gift card will be issued and no refund of monthly fees will be given.

10. Membership Benefits

A classic drink is included at every visit for all membership tiers. Additional benefits — such as priority scheduling for Luxury Soul members — are subject to availability and may be updated by BSB with 30 days' notice. All benefits are personal to the member and cannot be transferred.

11. Availability

Membership places are limited per tier. BSB reserves the right to close applications for any tier at any time once capacity is reached. Existing members are not affected by the closure of their tier to new applicants.

12. Data & Privacy

BSB collects and processes member data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. Member data is used solely for the purposes of administering the Programme and communicating relevant updates. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

13. Amendments

BSB reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Existing members will be notified of material changes with a minimum of 30 days' notice. Continued membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
