If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we charge a cancellation fee to protect our employees' wages and ensure the smooth running of our business.
We want to make sure our cancellation policy is very clear to our clients, so we inform you of our policy before your booking, on the email confirmation, email reminder 48 hours before, and via SMS 24 hours before your appointment. We hope this ensures that there is no doubt about our cancellation policy.
