Cancellation policy.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans can change unexpectedly. However, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we  charge a cancellation fee to protect our employees' wages and ensure the smooth running of our business.

We want to make sure our cancellation policy is very clear to our clients, so we inform you of our policy before your booking, on the email confirmation, email reminder 48 hours before, and via SMS 24 hours before your appointment. We hope this ensures that there is no doubt about our cancellation policy.

We hope you can appreciate that, as a small business, we rely on our clients' appointments to keep our operation running smoothly.

This is a two-way experience, and here at Brazilian Soul Beauty, we take it very seriously.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will do our best to be understanding and empathetic in such situations. However, we do ask for your cooperation and understanding in respecting our 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled, rescheduled, or no-showed after the 24-hour window is not refundable. This is to protect both our business and our clients, as we take your time and our commitment to you very seriously.
