i. the welcome voucher

The £10 welcome

When you join our newsletter, we send you a £10 voucher as a thank-you for letting us into your inbox.

• Code BSB-WELCOME10 · one use per person.
• Valid for 30 days from the day the welcome email is sent.
• Redeemable on any treatment with a list price of £100 or more.
• Bookings must be made directly through our website · brazilian-soul-beauty.salonized.com. Treatwell and Fresha are not eligible.
• The code must be written in the «comments» field at the time of booking. It will be applied at checkout, not at booking.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code.
• Non-transferable · not exchangeable for cash · cannot be applied retroactively.

ii. the review voucher

The £20 for a review

When you leave us a Google review, we'll thank you with £20 off your next visit. To redeem it, follow three steps:

• Step 1 · leave your honest review on our Google page.
• Step 2 · once your review is published, tap «Share» on your review and copy its link.
• Step 3 · paste the link of your review in the «comments» field when booking your next appointment. We verify the review and apply your £20 at checkout.

• One review · one £20 voucher · per person.
• The review must be submitted from a real Google account and must remain published until your appointment.
• Valid for 30 days from the date your review is published.
• Bookings must be made directly through our website. Treatwell and Fresha are not eligible.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code.
• Non-transferable · not exchangeable for cash.

iii. the refer-a-friend

Bring a friend along

When a friend visits Brazilian Soul Beauty for the first time and mentions your name, we thank you both with a £15 credit each.

• Your friend must be a new client · never visited the salon before.
• Your friend mentions your full name in the «comments» field when booking her first appointment.
• The £15 credit for your friend is applied at her first visit checkout · on treatments with a list price of £100 or more.
• Your own £15 credit is added to your client account after your friend completes her visit · usable on any future booking with the same minimum spend.
• Your credit is valid for 30 days from the date of your friend's first visit.
• No limit on how many friends you may refer — one credit per friend referred.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

iv. cancellations and no-shows

If plans change

All vouchers are subject to our standard booking policy.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: the voucher stays active and can be used on a new booking.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows: the voucher is considered redeemed and cannot be reissued.

v. general

The fine print

• All vouchers are issued by Brazilian Soul Ltd (Company No. 11899337), trading as Brazilian Soul Beauty.
• We reserve the right to refuse a voucher if we believe it is being used fraudulently, abusively, or against the spirit of the offer.
• We may amend, suspend, or withdraw these voucher programmes at any time. Vouchers already issued and within their validity period will continue to be honoured under the terms at the time of issue.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
